In the film wonder, low angle shots were used effectively. This is demostarted in the scene where Jack attacks Julien because he called Auggie that a freak. In this scene a low angle dutch tilt shot is used to make Jack look stringer and Jullien weak and vulnerable. This makes the audience feel shocked, surprised and concerned because we didn't egret a violent reaction flown Jack who has not show the theme of kindness as Jack finally stand up for Auggie.

B- Fight Scene- Nature Reserve- Auggie makes friends, high 5-plague, Jack Amos They beat up and ran away from 7th graders.

-Wide angle, Long shot-makes us like we are a bystander watching an important moments, the emotions are the-Characters, not ours.
-Audience-Joyful,proud,cheerful,ecstatic,relieved-Auggie finally induced, has friends.
-Direction-shows Auggie is finally fighting in shows the theme 'important of friendship or kindness' 
-Other Techniques-Lightning- use of shadow-silhouette on the lining the boys, feel like they are all in it together.

Atmosphere-how you feel in a situation mood

1.Scene Auggie first day at school-when Auggie walks into class everyone stares at him.When he ask to sit down Amos says the seat is saved.

Angle/Shot- long shot/eye level of class, close ups of Auggie to see his emotional reaction.

Director-wants to create a happy and safe atmosphere in Mr Browns classroom.Even though it feels this way,Julien and Amos's behaviour is unkind.

In the scene of August's first day at school, lighting and colour are used to create a safe and welcoming classroom environment. For instance, 

Bright-warm colours are used on the walls and natural light comes through the windows to make the space look lively. This makes the audience feel excited,inspired,and that the space is educational and supportive for learning. This was done to show Mr Brown had created a classroom space that would be welcoming to new. Students like Auggie. Coinciding with this is the use of body language. The children in the room are sitting up, smiling and paying lots of attention, they are learning ready. This reminds the viewer of the theme kindness because the lighting and colour make the room welcoming for all students. 

Organs of the rats

Hi in today's blog post I'm going to share what we did inside and out science. We did the Organs of the rats and it's look so disgusting because the blood is all over the rats and it's kind of stinking as'well also it's hard to cut the belly and also the rats is big so we can't cut is properly. And also we need to be careful because if we did it so hard the stomach will be blow out and the stinking will spread around the class and it's will get so stinking.

2.Take off will be from the second marker.

3.Land will be measured from the back foot.

4.Land with both feet together.

5.If you are ever the second marker when you jump it is a fowl jump.

1.Land with your arms and your feet facing upland on your back.

2.When you take off it should be on 1 foot.

3.When you leave the ground you must spin around and use your knee to turn.

Hi readers in today's blog post I'm going to share to you what we did in last few weeks with my group and we did the New Zealand Native Animal and we pick Archey's frog where working this because we want's to learn more about animals but we already do this when Friday but we didn't finish because we don't have more time. Also the purpose of working with the partners is

The best day of the Holiday.

Hi in today's blog post I'm going to share where we go in Holiday with my family. We went in the Mossburn,Queenstown but some of it I didn't know the name of the place but my favourite place is Queenstown because we bought some of things. But my very favourite days is Christmas because we went everywhere and it's fun also New year is the best day too because we cook so many things like Filipino food and before we eat we wait antil 12:00 am then after that we celebrate New year.

The date that we went in Mossburn is December:22 and the date that we went in Queenstown is December:25 and the date we went home is January:6.

-Next is a tracking shot as we move away from the finger. is now a boy in a helmet jumping on the bed.

-Close-up shows up Auggies 'reality' or view of the world but as we put back we see the real world.

-Dad nate- It's like leading a lamb to the slaughter"

2 mins- Building suspense as we still hospital't seen the boys face we don't know whats wrong but hints it's bad- hospital scene, helmet tags, school convo, Auggies dialogue in the voice cover.

Star wars- A symbol of Auggie wanting people to treat him normally- a safe place. In the star wars universe there are lots of weird looking people so no one stares at them seen- Auggie introduces self, pandawan braid. 

Summer "When being given the choice between being right and being kind, choose kind'

Body Language- Change, now has,head held high,walking with confident stride,interacting with others. 

Music-Happy/upbeat-monster mash,fast tempo,lots of energy.

-When he hears Jack saying 'if I looked like him I'd kill myself-music tempo gets slow, quiet dynamics to make us focus,use of diagetic  sound-kids laughter.

Symbols-Halloween mask-physical/,bourries between others and Auggie 

-Star wars character darth  sideous  used by Julian to make fun of Auggie.

Significant-We see Auggie lose faith in the idea of friendship- If Jack can be that mean behind his back how can he trust others.

Links to the theme- Popularity and Acceptance we see this through Jack as he says what he knows Julian wants to hear so he doesn't become the target-get picked on.

-Stuarts a eye level-mid/medium shot, makes us feel a part of the convo.

-Sounds are diagetic 

-Low angle shot as boys hit ground, this makes the fight seem make dangerous.

-Music-minor(sad), quiet dynamic- creates focus and intense, slow tempo.

-Shot in slow-mo so we see the event more clearly.

Significant-Shows the theme of popularity/acceptance.Jack has learnt from his mistake and is standing up for his friends.

       The nature reserve fight scene:1.29-1.31

During fight shots used to make Auggie and friends bigger-more powerful and the bullies weak and vulnerable. Music has fast tempo to build intensity.

Significant-Auggie has grown as a character,he is now willing to stand up for himself.

-Friendship-Auggie finally feels accepted when the other boys-doesn't have to hide behind a mask anyone.


                                 Kindness 

                    Kindness- Respecting others,look after others,speak nicely,include others.

Example 1-Summer sits with August. This shows the theme of kindness because Summer left the kids who were saying mean things to go and sit with August who looked lonely. Kindness is important to the story over all because without it Auggie will not build confidence, make friends and feel accepted.

Example 2- Auggie shows kindness when he shares his answers with Jack. This links to the theme because Auggie sees someone in need, Jack isn't even his friend yet, but helps him anyway.This is important because it is the first step to enabling Auggie to make friends, being kind starts this friendship that will be important later in the film. 

                            
                        Importance of family and friendship

                                     

Through these relationships Auggie and others learn the value of trust and self confidence. They are less alone.

Example 1- The scene where Miranda talks about spending Christmas with the Pullmans.

- Links to theme- Miranda is happy and included by the Pullmans.
- She is ignored/forgotten at home. 
-She realises that she misses having friends/family.

-Important because makes Miranda recognise what she's lost/misses and she makes to reconnect with Via and the Pullmans. 

Example 2- The boys come to rescue Jack and Auggie. 

- Auggie is included, has friends and is feeling trust and self confident.
-Ultimate example of acceptance and friendship,his classmate had his back without him asking. First time they treat him as an equal.



Being kind vs Being Popular- doing the right thing even when your friends don't others pressure you.

Example 1- Julien. Picks on Auggie infront of others Auggie is an easy target, it makes Julien look popular when the others laugh.

-Links to theme-Julien choses to be popular at the expense of others, chases to bully Auggie to seem popular.
- Important because it shows chosing popular/has negative outcomes Julien eventually loses his friends, leares school and is unhappy however Jack, who chose kind, has lots of friends, is happy and doesn't get kicked out for bullying.


When given choice between being right or being kind choose kind.

How to play shot put

Hi everyone in today's blog post I'm going to share what we did in Hurumanu P.E.

Step:1 Holding the shot 

Place it in your 3 finger and hold it and trow but you need to trow it below your neck and be side it.

Step:2 How to properly throw shot put

To throw a shot put, first face the side of the ring so you're at a 90% angle from the target. Then, step back with your less-dominant foot, and lower your body by bending your hips and knees. Put the shot at the base of your finger, then hold the shot at your neck with your elbow bent and parallel to the floor.
