Independent present

Hi readers for today's blog post I'm going to share what we did in Wananga we watched the video of Independent present and task to answer the question.
At the beginning of the story the boy was playing some video games then he's mum home with a present for him and he open the box and when he see the dog he was happy but when he's see the foot he didn't like it because the dog has a problem in the feet and he throw the dog away from him then the dog see the ball under the desk and the dog is trying to get it and the boy is not focusing at the games.

How would you describe the boy at the start of the video? 
The boy at the video looks like he's bored and that's he played video games.

What did he think of his present? How do you know? Why did he feel that way?
He think that his present was good and he will have fun with it. I know because when he's playing the box is little bit moving and I also watch the video like twice. He feel like he don't like the dog because of his lame feet.

What lesson did the boy learn by the end of the film?

He learn that even though the dog limb feet but he still played with the dog and the ball.

Why is it important to be grateful for what we have?
We need to be thankful because not everyone gets what they want and we should appreciate everything that we have like food,clothes,specially having a complete family.

Online relationship vs Real relationship

Hi readers for today blog post I'm going to share what we did in health Hurumanu with Mr.Goodfellow. So we talk about the online relationship health vs unhealthy relationship and also about ghosting. Online relationship is hard because you can't see each other you just talk over the phone and it's hard because you don't know if they are real person and you can't trust them. Real relationship I think is easy because you can see each other and you will know who are you talking to and you will interact with the person. 

Some people think online relationship is the best for them rather than real relationship it's not expensive because you just stay at home and talking to someone that you love or admire and you can communicate well with them also and aside from that you can share knowledge or ideas.

For me I think real relationship is best than online relationship because I could really see the person that I'm talking to and have face to face communication with them and aside from that I could see the real reaction or feelings of the person.

About mice.

Samoan language

Hi readers for today we watched the video about Samoan Umu traditional cooking.

What is umu? What does it need, what is it for? Umu is made in under ground and you need to put some rocks and two sticks to make a fire. You put the food at the top so it will not burn and other food at the bottom and cover it with the banana lives they cook this food for some occasion like wedding and other gathering.

How are traditional Samoan skills taught? They thought the skills to giving the the step and proper procedures in cooking.

Is there something you've experience similar to an umu? What was it? Where did you experience it? No I didn't experience that even in my country.

What type of things are cooked in an umu? They cook green banana and potato also a coconut cream and they put it in the lives and they put it in the banana lives to cook.

The girl from the video is Sadako.

Where is she?
She was in heaven.

Why do you think she is there?
Because at the end of the video her mum is sad and put some candle in her picture.

How did she get there?
She died.

How does she feel?
She felt sad because she can't see her mum and she can't hug her mum that's why she is sad.

What is a paper crane and what does it represent?
paper crane is like a bird but it's made with paper and it represent like a real bird.

*Sadako lived in Hiroshima Japan.
*She died because of leukaemia kind of blood cancer.
*Before she die she made some paper crane in hospital.

I knew now that Sadako.
She died because of leukaemia that's why she goes in heaven.
